Other than giving you the ability to read almost 3x faster, it will also help with eye strain, so you will be able to read for longer periods of time without getting tired, meaning you can get more work done than by reading normally.

The app is fully customizable with multiple theme options.
The reading experience is also customizable. You can change the font, letter size, and letter spacing. As well as that, you can turn on the option to highlight the middle letter of the word that is on the screen.

Useless & Misleading

I’m an avid RSVP speed reader. This simply doesn’t work on Mac or iOS with PDFs. Once you download, you’re forced to subscribe to use with a 3 day trial, but you get charged immediately 🤷🏻‍♂️Developers - please refund! I tried multiple PDFs to read - the PDF converter doesn’t work. You just end up with blank screens. Don’t bother.

Disappointing

I managed to get three full books into bionic reading, which was fantastic. The books have now disappeared from the library and I cannot seem to process any new material in the app. It worked really well for the first 3 days so I subscribed for the full service, once the money was billed the service stopped working. You’ve taken my money, you should provide the service otherwise it’s just theft.

Significantly Speeds Up Reading

Suddenly big books don’t seem as daunting as you can fly through the text! Sometimes you fall behind and it’s easy to jump back a few words, or navigate back to the full text if you need to go back further. Overall very pleased
