Stake is very hard to exit from. I have been trying to sell my shares since more than 1 year without luck. Also, rent value drops over time, so whatever you make as rent income you will pay when you try to exit (if successful). It’s like you have your money locked and you can’t cash them out. Unlike buying your own, which you can sell relatively faster. I hope exit windows remain open all the year for faster cash-out when needed.

totally negative experience , it is very easy when it comes to buy , but when selling they must complicate it , I kept the money for 1 year and half hoping to increase and withdraw it , and now i will have to wait a year again if i did not sell with this phase !!!!!!!!

The money you invest you forget about it, because you will never be able to retrieve it again. stay away from this app.
