Stamp Identifier

Really doesn’t work.

I use this app a lot to catalog my stamps it’s truly unbelievable and takes me from the app to colnect where I can further see what I have and record. It has saved me many hours of research. I paid to remove adds and would pay much more than asked now I know how good it is. Well done to the developer

I use this app extensively to identify stamps and/or get their year or catalogue number. I find its success rate is close to 100%. After a recent software update to the app I noticed that one feature had stopped working. I reported it to Ulan using the help button and within 6 hours it was fixed by a new software update. Very impressive.

Unfortunately this app only recognised 2 of the 86 stamps that I scanned so is very limited!

I use this app all the time for a quick reference to my stamp collection, it is very easy to use and gives great results in a search for information about specific stamps easily by using a smart phone camera

The latest update seems to have introduced intrusive ads after every scan. A shame as otherwise this is a useful app. Would consider a reasonable one-off payment to remove the ads, otherwise I might have to kick this one into touch.

Scanned a load of stamps, zero were recognised. Hard to get a clear image even with a new iphone.

Would be great if the items saved to favourites could be moved around and organised into groups.

The stamp to be identified had a dark postmark obliterating the country name (turned out to be India), so the app didn’t work immediately. However, once I got in touch with the developers they did a manual scan and quickly identified it fo me. Very rapid support and hugely useful!
