Since I downloaded the game for the past two days now I can’t even play it It keeps loading and is stuck on 12%

Pls I mistakenly tapped on purchasing an item in this game I cancelled In purchasing the item immediately but iTunes still deducted 12789naira from my account. Pls need to get a refund of my money. I didn’t get the item, so why was my money taken. I await for ur reply. Thanks
