One month with no access
I have a subscription paid until February 2020. Since a month ago, I cannot access the magazines through the app. Have deleted and reinstalled ans still same problem. Have written and no answer. I will complain to Apple.

Problem with magazine star
Trouble shooting or download with my iPad. I paid every month now can’t see magazine for 2 weeks Thank you
Very dissatisfied with this app!
I subscribed to this app in October, 2018 and in February, 2019 I am being charged for every magazine that I try to read. Very disappointing. iTunes says this is a problem with the app developer but I can’t contact them. I would not recommend a subscription at all!
