Woooooow
I am a rank amateur at Astronomy but find this AAP highly informative and accurate to my knowledge. I can now appear as a highly trained individual to my Grandkids who also enjoy Planet Finder.
Gives augmented positioning of the planets! Makes it great to teach my kids! Love this app!
It is so cool
I have used this throughout my astronomy journey. It is accurate I sometimes I can see the planets in the sky! This app inspires me to do more astronomy research :)
It’s a really good app to have to get an appreciation of the night sky. It would be more helpful it it would switch to landscape view than stay in vertical portrait view. I await being corrected.
My only minor quibble, is that when two planets are pin pricks in the sky, and say 10 degrees apart. The display will show overlapping discs. But I doubt that this can be improved with current technology. Extremely useable, and very educational.
Accurate, almost aligns to the planets.
So good I go out side almost every night to spot planets. All I do when I need help is go on the app and I easily spot lots more planets.I recommend this app for astronomy lovers!!!
