Ruined Game
The cardboard game is wonderful and worth every penny, unfortunately the developers managed to ruin the virtual version, at least at the moment of writing this text the digital version of the game is simply horrible. When asked by users how it’s possible to get so many winning or losing streaks, the answer is always the same: “luck factor”. It’s painfully obvious to see what this so called “luck factor” is. It’s in fact, the same algorithm used in the campaign mode, that virtually gives you 0 chance of winning unless you have played a number of matches before being allowed to pass on to the next level. A cheap trick to increase the amount of time spent in game. The same happens in multiplayer mode, the winner is predetermined from the very start, and you are allowed to win by god knows what criteria and after who knows how many games. “Luck factor” does not explain me winning consecutive games by randomly choosing cards without any strategy. The same goes for loosing, nothing explains getting once in a million worst combinations of cards in consecutive games multiple times per match. This never happens when playing the physical game, probably luck factor differs a bit in real life. If it weren’t so obvious I wouldn’t complain, but it is, and it’s lame. You are better off spending your time playing some casino game. If a player is good, let them win, if they are bad, let them loose. Don’t use cheap tactics and algorithms to increase in-game times.
