Really enjoy the game. But if you purchase anything in it, or even accidentally hit one of their fast buy pop ups and then hit the cancel on the purchase, expect to be charged anyway! I’ve been double charged for multiple things or got a random charge a month later that I can’t correlate to a purchase because I thought it was already purchased. So BUYER BEWARE…

Game is a fantastic time waster. I've multiple accounts over the years and have made more in-app purchases than I care to admit. On more than one instance recently have I purchased an item, most recent example listed at $4.99 for the 'Cadet Offer' and immediately received a notification showing I purchased for $10.81 from my bank app. Support takes an absolute eternity to get back to you on the issue (one reply per day), so the loss is almost not worth the time investment spent waiting for and replying to support. Be weary if you choose to make any purchases, as if you play enough, like most FTP games, the game HEAVILY incentivises it.

I haven’t played this game in about 3 months and I load tonight and says it’s banned. How can you ban an account for no reason? Don’t download game they might randomly ban you too. Please tell me why it was banned. I DID like this game very much and would give it a 5 star but not now.

Good. Just in a country that isn’t free and get some emergencies so temporarily I wouldn’t reinstall it on this device as I had to meet things like without being able to protect unless I could get my bypassing ways like before. This account is monitored still if I just have to go check it directly since it isn’t easy to find a way currently to bypass like before in recent weeks. So you know why.

Some stuff like the crew retrieval system is just too complicated to understand and not well explained. Plus I just mostly want just regular crew members for my ships and gameplay. Like a regular Captain Picard and regular Captain Kirk. Not too many characters like Picard dressed as a Romulan or Picard at Al Anon! Just too many unnecessary characters. It should be cleaned up somehow. Make it more like Star Trek: Legends on the characters. Now the good things: Gameplay is great and when you do get a regular character they do a great job on the portraits! Plus the ships are cool. It feels like Star Trek!

Die hard trekkie here. This game is unbelievable. It’s like the ultimate trading card game for Star Trek and the way they have you battle and have to consider the crew you send into battle is lunacy. I love it. I cannot believe I’m just finding out about this game right now. I’m telling all my friends. five stars.

I will begin by pointing out that I used to enjoy this game, playing it since 2016. That being said, it’s an old tap tap game that some ppl take too seriously, while it’s possible to level up on the free side it will take a very very long time unless you like paying. Fleets are not worth it, it’s the only way to level your ship and if your fleet gets taken over by another fleet who just pats themselves on the back for how much money they spend in game and then boot you with no reason given, don’t say I didn’t warn you. Wow. Fun. Sign me up for more of that. So unless you plan on playing this all day every day, paying money to “win”, and spending all of your time putting in work for a fleet that doesn’t have the decency to say something before booting you and screwing you out of rewards then don’t waste your time on this time waster. And to my old fleet, should you be reading this, I hope all the money you pump into the game is worth it when the game eventually shuts down, chumps.

I hope they fix from the last update 6 days. I play on my IPAD. But I have not been able to play since the last update. The game will not load.

This game used to be good. The current owners have made it more and more pay to play. With every new update, there’s a batch of new glitches. Some never get fixed, like the timers shown on the main screen matching the actual timers in the voyage. The current owners also don’t have the passion or interest in the series/games, and don’t put new characters in the collections they should be. Currently the Twin Mistresses of Evil mention being part of the Captain Proton holonovel in the flavor text, but they aren’t in the collection for the Captain Proton holonovel. They also don’t have consistency with the naming of some characters, there’s Interfaced Barclay and Interfaced La Forge, but then Machineman Paris from the interfaced Alice ship.
