Crashes too much
It crashes, I uninstall it, reinstall it and it’s stil blank, no sign in page, no anything. Just a wallpaper. Very Frustrating when I’ve set aside the time to do these classes.

this app is completely broken, it won’t even get past the home screen before crashing. how on earth am i supposed to become a coffee master if i can’t do the coursework required
Troubleshooting
At first it kept signing me out and deleting my data now it just wont open for me at all the app is downloading but when i click it it opens and closes right out
Good information Terrible design
While the courses offer great education. It is very clear that minimal effort was put into designing the APPs User Interface. For this reason, I’m choosing to use the website over the APP.
Can’t access courses
The course selection is awesome, but I can’t take advantage of it if none of the courses will load :/
consistent crashing
i’m CONSTANTLY having to delete and redownload my app because of crashing issues. As someone who’s getting paid by this company to use this app on company time it’s very frustrating when i can’t due to these technical issues that have apparently been going on for a year or longer. With the coffee master courses being rolled out again throughout the country and rapidly at that please fix the bugs
App does not open
Every time I go to open the app, it quits automatically before it opens. This has been happening for months, and it doesn’t look like it will be fixed anytime soon.
Quite Literally Unusable
Can’t access courses, freezes when I click anything but the Home Screen, can’t do ANYTHING on the app. What a disappointment.
It was good for awhile but not so much now
It keeps crashing and freezing I haven’t been able to use the app in months. So I’m forced to use my laptop but it’s not convenient to whip out my laptop every time I wanna do a course during my 10 or 30 at work
Frozen App
FIX THE MOBILE BUG THAT FREEZES APPLICATION. So annoying that it doesn’t work
