Inconsistent
This App has very poor and inconsistent performance. In my experience it is not reliable and has left me locked out and without roaming service whilst overseas on several occasions.

Password expired in less than a month
Poorly designed app, password expired after a month and no way to reset password. Got log out for nothing and forever
Legitimately worst app in the store
Just everything about it is awful
Slow to update
Come on Starhub. This app hasn’t been updated in 8 months and there are people who rely on the SBM to perform management tasks. For a telco that’s been around since the 90s, you could really do better. Is there even anyone looking after the app?
Slow to load and buggy
Real time information should be the core principle for a telco furthermore for the business front customers. However, this SBM app falls short of a quality service. The user usage is not up to date (mine is not updated for 5 months) making this function useless. The app also runs very slow regardless on wifi or 5G network. StarHub needs to do better in this service area to provide a better service experience.

app asks me to insert business sim card when it's already inserted. superb
Hopeless app and company
Cannot activate data travel and I spent most of my time listening to computer talking when I need call support. Looking forward to change telco once contract is up.
