Comprei uma Starlink Gen2 no Costco e não consigo pedir o serviço. Há quase uma semana que diariamente eu tento pedir o serviço e na hora de fazer o pagamento com cartão de crédito diz “autenticação necessária”. Na opção de pagar com Apple Pay, aparecem valores absurdos de ¥660,000, ¥990,000, se pedir o kit Junto aparece um valor a cima de ¥4,000,000. E fim. Não há um telefone ou e-mail para contato. Paguei ¥38,500 numa antena que não dá para usar. Vou tentar o reembolso no Costco.
