I've been trying to delete my account, but the 'Delete My Account' button is grayed out, and I can't find any way to contact support. The website link gave a 404 error. Please! I would really appreciate it.

This app has been incredibly helpful for me. I now use it almost every day to check my daily horoscope and to see how well my astrological chart matches with my friends. Its predictions are often quite accurate. One time, I consulted the tarot about why my recent social relationships were such a mess. Through the tarot's guidance, I was able to gradually understand the reasons behind the frequent conflicts with my friends and successfully maintain those friendships. It's amazing! I'm really grateful to StarryBook!

I want to really love this app but it says my rising sign is something I know it’s not. I have used other apps and websites and my rising sign has always been the same but for this app it’s different. I’m concerned about the accuracy.

Cora is annoying. Constantly freezing up and then when she comes to, I have to ask the same question over again to which she’ll tell me she “already answered it”. This has cost me to lose all my free tries within 10 mins and some change when I tried to give this app the benefit of the doubt and recharge the crystals a bit to see if that worked. HA! Still the same frozen, laggy AI. My mom can read faster than this dumb AI, which is saying a lot considering my mom doesn’t even read tarot!

Anytime I go to the chats or Cora it crashes almost immediately after clicking on it. It really ruins the experience if you can’t even use half the app. Also the new dos and donts are great but not at the expense of the old layout with the individual positive neutral or bad layouts for the certain categories. This new update really screwed the app up

I love the app and its features, but I'm frustrated by the inaccuracy with my rising (ascendant) sign. I'm an Aquarius rising, but it lists me as a Leo rising. I've double-checked all my information, including birth time and place of birth, and everything is correct. I wish they could fix this issue.

I just downloaded the app through a Facebook ad. So far it’s really interesting, although I’ve only looked at my Natal chart. The app is almost completely accessible to the Blind. The only part of the app that’s not accessible is the tabs are not labeled. Luckily, I know it’s the first tab is, and I know where the third and forced tabs are. But, I’m not sure what the second tab is, because it completely crashes the app before I can even check it out. Other than these couple of things, this app is awesome. It definitely gave me stuff to think about in my needle chart

as much as i absolutely adore the concept and the art of this app, i knew the moment i looked at my chart that something was wrong. not sure if it’s the location settings or just the app itself, but i’m a cancer sun, leo moon, and aries rising. the app said i was a cancer sun AND moon with a virgo rising and i triple checked the settings to make sure i put in the info correctly. i want to love this app but i can’t keep it if it’s so inaccurate with such a simple task.
