Rubbish customer service
If I could give one star I would..! Bought a £4.99 package ( 3billion chips) never received anything. Wrote to customer service. Was told to give information of transaction…photo evidence of package I bought….so I did. Almost a week and nothing!!!! Quick enough to take your money but won’t get no chips. AVOID..!!!!!!
Total scam of a game
Very poor strategy to players. I made my first purchase then everything was expensive! During my play I noticed the game is designed to pull you in to buy. Does not take long for the game to make your chips drop to your knees. I have now left the game and will not be returning. Keep clear of huuuge because lawsuits are on there way to get justice from a corrupt organisation
pretty fun
Actually enjoying this game it has fantastic rewards and there’s always something for you to do like daily challenges, team chests and ofcourse the break in which just takes ot to a next level. you can collect coins every hour and every 8 hours from the shop. Just one thing though i linked it to my facebook and was told i could change my name when i go into the game and press edit profile. the only thing i could change there was my country of residence and profile picture.
4.7 Stars - No Way
Great game with good variations, however, I managed to get up to 2 billion chips then lost the lot in one session. I purchased 825 million chips for £2.99 not bad except I lost the lot in less than 15 minutes trying to do the daily challenge, (and failed anyway) without managing 1 decent win. Advice from me, don’t try the challenges they’re there just to alleviate you of all your chips, don’t waste your money buying more, and don’t expect to win a decent jackpot, they are there for show and to entice you to lose trying. Looking at the reviews Gos knows how this is rated at 4.7 out of 5, even fiddling that by the look of it.

Please do yourselves a favour and don’t spend any amount of money on this game, you will not win anything big no matter how much you spend which makes no sense as from a business perspective the more coins people have the more they play 🤷🏻♀️ oh and they should perhaps switch their catchphrase to “the higher you bet, the quicker you lose all your money!”
This game is rigged
The game will constantly make you lose to purchase. It’s a game that runs by real money to get fake chips which is the currency of playing but i noticed the game will try its hardest to make you pay money. Challenges are ridiculous like bet 100m 1000 times is beyond joke. If this game was regulated it would be in a lot of trouble thankfully for Huuuge inc they avoid these terms. Don’t bother playing, if you do you’ll know what I’m talking about. Hope a law suit gets set on this company
