Normally this app works fine. It could use some quality of life updates but the developer hasn’t responded to any of my email or social media messages. The latest version, 5.4 has caused the app the immediately crash up opening and login in. I will update as I get them. Update 3/17: It appears it’s the new IOS 17.4 update causing the issues. Developer is working on the fix.
In App Purchase Not Received
Purchased the Season Long Access and it was never credited to my app so I was unable to use any of the services even after the purchase went through on my Credit Card. Emailed through the app and through the website with no response. Has to request a refund through Apple.
Not cool - I did like the app which I used all of last year.
Just lost a customer!
DO NOT BUY!!!
Stat keeping works but the streaming function doesn't. This developer has abandoned this product so there is ZERO technical support. So if something goes wrong, you'll be complaining to no one. They're happy to collect your money but they will give you nothing for it.
Love the Concept But..
Very poor support. I emailed 4 times with no response to my questions. Also, the $5.99 purchase is for each team per month. That is not disclosed ahead of time.
Really like the concept of using multiple people for stat taking. Very simplistic stats and the mapping of shots/serves is ok but not great. This app has the most potential of the apps I have tried for volleyball stat taking.
Pretty good
So far I really like it except you can’t stat solo blocks vs block assists which is what we need to report to MaxPreps. You can only do blocks, block touches, and errors. I’m not sure we will be able to use it for the season for that reason unfortunately because other than that we really like it.
Love the app and the streaming
Few things I’d like to see as improvements. Being able to tap a day and see all the stats aggregated for that day. Instead of going to each game individually and then combining sheets. I also love the point spread graph during the stream. Would be nice to see that or have access to it in the game stats post game. Other than that, super easy to use. Parents and coaches love it and the streams are fantastic!
Volleyball Stat app rip off
I would have given it zero stars. You have to pay monthly to use this app. Prior to going into the app this is not disclosed.
Best stat app
Best stat app available. Easiest to use, in-depth stats, modern look and feel. Only thing I would like to see is the ability to select matches, and/or date ranges to be able to look at certain stats for a tournament weekend, as an example. Currently you can only select a single match, or all time stats. Unless I am missing something.
Incorrect numbers
This app is just wrong. How can you have a negative serving %? How does a 3 pass and an ace average to .5? Double check all your numbers people. These backend formulas are wrong.
Only supports IOS 14
Sadly only 20-30% of iPhone users can utilize the live app.
