All I need is to access my policy renewal docs, see what I’ve paid monthly and export the document to my accounting system. Not easy!
It would be better if in your summary section showing the various policies that the monthly or weekly or fortnightly or annual premium paid is also shown. It’s painful going through three screens and scrolling 5 pages to find out each one.
You can view the payment schedule in the policy docs. Be good to clearly see a payment transaction statement in one place as I can see a total On my bank statement but I have to try and work out what policies were paid in the one transaction. This was confusing as every month I pay $198.91 for 3 policies - today $107.36 went out. When queries with your rep they said $95.18 and $65 were paid today - this doesn’t add up…. Was has actually been paid is $65 for the car and $37 for the Vespa but nothing is showing for the house… This has wasted my time, a phone rep and a chat rep….
Round and round in circles to find or do anything. Log in a million times. Get nowhere and then told to phone. Absolute waste of time
Tried to add car insurance couldn’t because my new address did show up on address finder, no options to manually add. Phone to get added, and app and website don’t talk so now new car policy document later not showing up on app. User experience very poor
Can’t edit the drivers on my car policy through the app or locate link to policy wording anywhere. Get it sorted.
Now that a proposed renewal policy is live on app, I cannot see the current active policy.
I have been with State many years, however trying to update amount insured and excess, has, to date, taken me 4 phone calls (fortunately the last was brief), and I’m assured that my requested actions have been taken, policy updated, and premium has been received. However this does not reflect on my online policy - surely this is where one would check that insurance is up to date! And paid! (Payment was made over 1 week ago, before due date). I’m told State are ‘migtrating’ to a new system. Not good enough State. All through this exercise you keep sending me emails “how are we doing”.
"This app is incredibly frustrating to use due to constant logouts and unnecessary password reset prompts, despite knowing my passwords. It's simply easier to access the state insurance website via a browser. Moreover, the lack of support from the email center adds to the frustration. Hoping for improvements soon."
