I paid for the pro version over a year ago and now I have ads again. Hopefully they fix it

Purchased the Ad removal and still get ad breaks as well as the offer to remove ads permanently if I purchase. I attempted several more times to purchase, each time I was told I had already bought the service and would I like to have it activated again for free. I accepted and still get ad breaks. 😤
