This game has turned into a money grabbing scheme that literally makes no effort to help solve or fix issues that players experience . Upon playing the puzzle game , a game error caused my 3 star display as well as my rewards associated with it to be lost. I reached out to support who informed me after waiting for two days (they only give you 24 hours to respond) that the reason I hadn’t received it was because of insufficient attempts which is completely ridiculous since you literally can not attempt after 5 tries and this happened on my second attempt! They made no effort to resolve or compensate. I’m sure it’s because I previously disputed a charge for a try at a crate that they would not refund me for even tho they had falsely advertised it to contain certain prizes . The prizes ended up being not even remotely close to the 30 bucks I had spent. After trying to solve the issue with them. They simply informed me that they would inform developers of my experience. And because I disputed the charges they literally made it so that now I owe them for what I disputed which they will never get back since I will never make another purchase in this game! But I feel because of that they purposefully ignore any other issues and make no effort so solve them which is actually retaliatory behavior as well as discriminatory . Please save your money. You will seriously have to play for yourself to experience it but I am just informing you of what I wish someone would have informed me… that this game is impossible to enjoy unless you spend literally thousands ( in which I did) free prizes are no comparison to the items you actually need to upgrade hero’s or enhance players experience. The customer support is purposely unhelpful as if they have a handbook instructing them to avoid accommodations of players at all cost. These developers are literally violating their own policies by not providing a fair playing experience for consumers or providing adequate help when needed knowing individuals are spending their hard earned money . You will not feel valued as a player no matter how much money you spend to developers. You will only be valued by other players who you out number in strength. I plan on filing a complaint with the highest form of compliance possible as well as Apple in regards to my unfair treatment and discrimination based playing experience overall . Updated bc the most recent reviews are fake and they are showing at the top. Apple why are you allowing this?

The game is fun, especially once you find a great alliance. Learn from one state and starting over and doing it better is a great option too.
