the app itself is half decent but their customer service DOES NOT answer. you will NOT be able to reach them through email, instagram, twitter, or their online forms. it’s cool to join in on other people’s listening parties but absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to host your own because they don’t answer anyone’s requests. this is seemingly a problem other people have had too!!!

Why is the volume low when using Apple streaming device?

My wife and I use this app regularly. One of her listeners started harassing my wife. The harassment even bled over to my daughter on her profile. Stationhead was notified and they have yet to answer. There are no protections for people who are victims of harassment and unwanted sexual conversations on this app. It's the exact opposite. You can block a harasser, but they can still come to your show; it won't notify you. It seems as if Stationhead is unwilling to step up and take a stand on this issue. It's a real shame because its a good app, you just better hope someone doesn't come to cyber bully or harass you.

Great app... In theory and almost in practice. But blocking doesn't work. There's bullying and harassment and underaged users getting hit on by adult men. Please fix.

there is no customer support. i never get help when submitting tickets or contacting their social media pages. ive lost my All Access streaks in multiple stations and have lost the music I PAID FOR. the app lacks basic features and it looks like they have no intention to improve. i wasted my money.

I created my account online using my Google account, but in the app there isn’t even an option to sign in with Google. Absolutely stupid.

Every time I want to listen to Stationhead, it’s always buffering, and I have to delete the app and then reload it in order to listen

The entire sign up/login system is busted and won't let me create a new account. Restarting the app causes it to be even more broken and stuck on their full screen logo. Had to delete it from my iPad, reinstall it, and the sign up flow is STILL borked. Unbelievable. Screw this service, I guess.
