Too many marketing notifications

The app has good functionality, but of late it has been sending too many unnecessary marketing notifications which hit the Apple watch as well! Due to lack of any easy selection of such notifications, I had to forcefully remove the app.

Very Buggy store

Though the app is a really good aggregator for ev charging, Their product store is horrible. I pre ordered Nectar and when the item came in stock the preorder vanished- I had to contact. support daily for about a week to get it fixed and finally pay, post that the order doesnt show up on the order list and then even the customer support says they are unable to track the order. Its been 3days since the query and still no support. Suggested app for charging but not purchasing their products.

Too many forced updates

For love of God, stop the force updates already.

Unsafe application

Statiq app is deducting money from the wallet without the permission of the owner. They didn’t inform or aak for otp. As such how can we trust this application. Very unsafe application

This app and the company has never failed me. The information reflected is always accurate. Great work

Great service | Dysfunctional Wallet

A 5 star app marred by a mysterious inability to instantly update wallet balance when funds are added through UPI. Unlike other apps where you can add funds while charging is on, I have to wait for the funds to reflect in the balance before I initiate charging. Terrible experience.

The absolute best user experience for EV Charging in India! They have so many Aggregated networks, it’s superb. Love the app.

Unable to Login

Issue in viewing charging details

I am unable to stop my charging since I can’t open the view details screen. It is blacking out

Serious issues

Have this at my apartment- whitescreen when I try to log in I uninstall the app then it doesn’t allow me to log in 800₹ stuck in this lemon
