Qué chiste tiene tener que pagar una app que encuentras gratis normalmente y lo peor que sin suscribirte no puedes continuar

Donde puedo reclamar ,solo descargue la aplicación no me gusto y lo desinstale eh igualmente me cobraron 2 semanas sin justificación alguna sin a verlo usado . Ayuda por favor es plata que necesito no debieron descontarlo sin aceptación
