Tracking how active you are does not have to be complicated. Stay active removes un-necessary complex graphs from your step counter app and presents you with a clean interface to monitor what really matters and what you need.
No additional hardware required. Stay active tracks your activity when you keep your iPhone along, either in hand or in your pocket.
Post installation:
1. Please open the app once and allow access to Health data (Steps and distance walked) for Stay Active to work properly
2. Add the Stay active widget on your screen. Don't know how to add a widget on the screen? Follow these instructions by Apple https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT207122
3. Steps on widget refresh periodically (every 15 mins) to conserve battery yet give you an overall status of activity
4. Images on the widget refresh automatically
