Wont allow me to login
I’ve had this recurring issue of the app straight up just not allowing me to log in. I can use the card but i can’t log in to see how much is in it, making the app basically useless. Also the fact that i have to add a minimum of 100 riyals now? defeats the whole purpose of the app being easy to use.

ياليت لو يخلونا نقدر نظيف اي مبلغ مو شرط 100 ريال او اعلا او يرجعون لنا stc pay افضل و اضيف لرصيدي اي مبلغ ابيه حتى لو اقل من 100

هذا التطبيق سيء جدا إلى ابعد حد. كنا راضين مع stc pay إلى ان رقينا مع stc bank. ندم عظيم

ماعجبني تمنيت لو مارقيت حسابي ماأقدر أتحكم بالمبلغ اللي أضيفه بالمحفظه لازم يكون أعلى من 100 كنت فرحانه بالتطبيق السابق عشان يمديتي أضيف مبالغ بسيطه وأستخدمها بالتعاملات والشراء ، كيف أرجع حسابي للتطبيق السابق ؟
