I stumbled on Steddy ~1 year ago. I’ve used it religiously every week to keep me honest about working out. I’ve always planned my weeks in my calendar and always hated clicking in, creating invites that are only for me, and then never getting data on how often I executed that workout. Now I use Steddy and in ~2min I’ve planned out my week AND can see my follow through. Hoping to crest 80% some day…
The UI of this app improved a ton in this last update. It took a second to get used to but I like the new charts and stats a lot. I always liked the simplicity of the app (just check in once per workout) and they’ve managed to keep that.
Like many people, I struggle with consistency when it comes to going to the gym. Having an app like Steddy to plan a week and then physically go in and log when I do and don’t show up, as well as having helpful notes and stats to track my workouts, is so helpful. Highly recommend!!

Im a freelancer who is constantly trying to prioritize fitness while often falling into the trap of procrastinating or making an excuse to skip the gym late in the day. Steddy is SAVING ME FROM MYSELF!! Bless Steddy Eddy. For background, I’m a sport / fitness addict - alternating between competitive tennis and just general gym and fitness training. Despite diligently using apps to track runs or gym sessions, I keep going back to my Notes app to try to keep track of my consistency and my upcoming routine. Not fun, and not working! My buddy showed me this app and it’s exactly what I need! Just a simple way to keep track of my routine and plan out my workouts in the upcoming week. For me, it’s nicer than Notes or these complicated fitness apps because it just take a minute to plug in my routine, and then it tracks the rest for me. It also ups the ante in terms of accountability. The two useful outcomes are 1) an easy way to organize and stay accountable to my gym schedule, and 2) a fun way to see if I’m on the trajectory I want to be. I’m excited to see improvements with the projected points and that entire scoring system. But honestly, the simple tracking interface is all I need. Thanks for making this!
