Mount and Blade it is not

LotroFanatic on

I got this game as a M&B fan. Unfortunately it’s a let down for me. I don’t like being stationary on the map and the rest of the world keeps going. real-time games just annoy me. If it had an automatic pause function like M&B I would consider trying it again.

My review

This game is very very fun but the only problem i have is the graphics besides that its very fun

The game and some thoughts on it

Zelixar on

Steel and flesh II is an amazing game, I’ve literally spent whole entire days playing although it’s super hard to expand since even in easy mode probably of the dumb aggressive expansion. My only complaints are about the movement going up a slope. The character literally stops to a crawl when stepping on the first flight of stairs or any upward slope for that matter. And second is the X which closes things is very hard to find due to the ui. All in all it’s a great game to pour in a lot of free time.

Good but could use some work

Mr Harbourseal on

It’s clear this game was Inspired buy Mount and Blade but it try’s to focus on history more. I think the game is amazing and the Designs have greatly improved since the last game but my main Problem is the map mainly since OH LAWD HE GROSS. Borders and towns could use work, The rivers could be made thinner and the scale of differant Areas really should be fixed as for example The British Isles Arnt bigger then Scandinavia. And new nations could be added to improve the map such as Portugal, Aragon and Castile to get France out of there and maybe the Kongo, Mali and Zimbabwe to make Africa more filled. And if it’s not to much work maybe Add more time Periods like 1440, 1066, Roman Era or the Bronze Age. But the game is still amazingly better then some others

Amazing for mobile but heavily broken

GAMING1NINJA on

Ok first off the base of the game is amazing, I can play it for hours on end without getting bored. Even tho this is just a mobile version of mount and blade it still has that potential. Some common things I find broken about the game is that when you go into a city and under town - create production. If you build a coop for instance you’re able to run it but you can’t stop. After building it you can not destroy or sell it off. Same with the workers for the coop as once you have bought them you can’t get rid of them. So it just costumes your coin. Another HEAVILY broken thing is the entire climbing system as you speed downwards but snail upwards. You get caught on invisible barriers when going up towers or trying to move to another part of the wall. Overall the game is alright but the developers need to have a look at what’s wrong and fix it or it will just be broken forever especially when you have 20 coops consuming 20k coins a hour. So it’d be good for that to be fixed
