But this app doesn’t work for my headset you would think one of their top end nova headsets would be compatible with the app but sadly it’s not

I’m sure it’s great but…
It only works for the arctic nova five, which is an issue (for me at least) because I have the seven, it would be incredible if only I could use my headset on here.
Arctic Nova 7?
Why can I not connect mine and I can connect a older 5x this makes no sense now I have to get my laptop you bum
Game Presets Not Updated
App works great, no problems with the functionality or anything. The problem is the list of game presets doesn’t seem to get updated when Sonar gets new titles added regularly. It’s pretty disappointing since I love my Arctis Nova 5’s otherwise!
Terrible
Works like garbage been trying to pair them for hours. And how does SS help? YT videos with no comment section. No visual aids absolute garbage app and device
Not connecting
This is a cool app to use without needing a pc but trying to do this was not letting me connect my 7p headset and I don’t know if this is not compatible yet but if not please add the headset into the list I’m really trying to change the settings.

Boy oh boy where to begin this is the worst headset I have ever purchased in my life you’re honestly better off with a cheap 20$ one that actually works when it comes out of the box. If you’re on Xbox like me the headset will not allow you to talk to anyone!!! I’m using the Arctis Nova 1 and the microphone straight up just doesn’t work I hope someone uses your company to the ground.
Pro wireless
Arctic pro wireless from Best Buy doesn’t connect to companion app. Bought thinking these were new and would connect the their own app but doesn’t seem to be the case.
Nova 7 eq app needed
I got the nova 7 and it said to download this app and I tired it but it’s not compatible with my head set is there another app or is there a update I’m not seeing or what
