With StepAfter app you can discover and run plans - sets of items describing what you should and should not do, actions, trackers and how-tos along with information on what day (or days) of the plan execution each item should be active.
Run a plan and every day the app will:
- Tell you what you should and should not do
- Provide you with additional information and how to related to your goal
- Help to track your progress by completing actions and answering surveys.
To stay organised create reminders for any items of a plan, as needed.
If you can’t find a plan that suits your needs you can create a new one using our website and share it with everybody or keep it to you and your friends!
