10432 Steps
It seems it only calculates days at random. Wonderful walk with 3 ladies around the lake Entrance seaside … seen Bullock Islands from this side. Often saw dolphins today only 4 seals on the mouth entrance of the Lake Entrance. A dream come true with walking today.

This has been amazing for me, I am 70 and so unfit, I walk with a mobility walker and was doing almost no walking. My friends suggested I use this program to increase my activity. I am no athlete but each day I try to do more steps than the 1,000. Thank you

Steps cause it keeps me updated on how many steps I have to do it also keeps me updated when I need to get some energy out like if I want to go for a run I can press my workout or if I just need to lose some energy I can just used to have many steps this app is amazing I definitely recommend it
