The app has shown significant improvement, which is great to see! However, there are still a few areas that could enhance the user experience. For instance, I noticed that tickets can no longer be added to my Apple Wallet, a feature that was available previously. It would be helpful if the developers could look into restoring this functionality to make the app even more user-friendly.

I tried many times to log into the app to add my vitality number but it fails to log in

This app is terrible. It does not show the full range of food and beverages. It also has glitches when you make payments. It also doesn't count how many tickets you have bought when you select your seats. You still have to put that in manually it is crazy! It also does not show any previous film times if the time has already passed which is ridiculous ! If you want to purchase tickets for a movie that's already started and miss the first 10 minutes then you can't?!!!This app needs a lot of work.

Please add the Option for Apple Pay on the App.

Greenstone cinema is not available on the app at all but you can find it on the website

Great app. Wish they would allow you to name each loyalty card you have loaded with the person’s name. They should also allow you to pay directly with Ozow or another app like that and not only with a card.

Hi there It would help if you had more payment options or atleast instant get then we don’t need to keep punching in card numbers Would be much more convenient

Hard to navigate… and takes multiple attempts to pay. No wonder people aren’t bothering to watch movies at SK.
