You must update your app like other banks that has fingerprint sensor or at least at face id also please add an option to lock card, other bank has that. If that happen i will change my rate, but for now 3 stars is the best i can give
Please add biometric login. Interface font changes whenever I login.
PLEASE make improvements with your app. I always have to open and close the app before I could properly key in my credentials. Other features like adding favorites (for transfers, bills, and whatnot) could be better too.

my sterling apps won’t open, i delete and re installed but it won’t work, i also refresh my phone but still not working. it won’t open anymore! What’s happening with the apps now?
The app works just fine but i think it would not hurt to include biometric login.
Is it possible to have biometrics recognition for the app?
Latest update is so buggy. I went to the device binding registration process but it always prompt me with binding failed error even if the verification code sent to either my number or email is correct.
***As of 14 Nov 2021, app is back working on IOS 15.1 The app doesn’t currently work iPhone 12 pro max on IOS 15.1. Please fix it.
Fix or update your app. It stopped working after Apple’s recent update.
