This app updates more often than I change underwear. You might as well remove the “save if and password” and face recognition feature.
Constantly have to log in again. What is the point of having the facial recognition turned on if it never works? Try to log in and get a “bad request” notification. Banking apps should be easy to use, I’m only frustrated when I use this one. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled with no success.
I think this is pretty user friendly, but not as user friendly as former system. There are some things missing on this system.
I constantly get a bad request error message and cannot get into the app unless a remove it and re-download it. That last for a while and then I get a bad request error message and have to do the same thing over again. Very disappointed. May have to change banks.
Same complaints as “Disappointed “. I’m am right now having to delete my app and reinstalling my app for the fifth time in two days !! Ugh 😩
You can’t blow up the screen, unless I screen cap it. The font is tiny, so everybody that doesn’t carry I gigantic phone with them is disadvantaged And when I view my total balance it’s in blue and white, two colors when paired give your eyes a blurred effect, which are also small text. Pass, I’ll just use my pc, since that’s the preferred screen size apparently
The 2021 update is a mixed bag, trending toward worse. I do prefer the layout once I can actually log in. But I have to frequently re-enter my username and password after I’ve told it to save and enable Touch ID, I regularly get a “bad request” error when logging in, and it has yet to send the requested activity alerts as a phone notification or text message even after toggling off/on, re-entering information, and reinstalling the app multiple times. I also received no response to my email requesting customer service. Hoping for improvements very soon!
