This is working for me however it requires me to register every time. Stewart support told me this is working as designed. What a terrible user experience.

When I initially installed it worked nicely. One hour later I went to check the status of the battery charge. I had to register, again. I closed the app after checking. Guess what happened? Yup. I had to re-register. Happened every time I closed the app. I have now found if I exit out of the app using the 3 bars in the top left corner of the app I no longer have the above connection problem. It’s let to be seen if it’s accurate or close to accurate.

It makes no sense to require a user to provide first name, last name, country, zip code and email every single time just to log in to the app. Why not just require the user to enter username and password to access like every other app. Even allow Face ID. Antiquated.

You do, of course, have to have the battery on, and Bluetooth enabled. When I powered up the battery and opened the app it notified me the battery wanted to connect to the app, I pressed OK, and got the screen that told me it had 4650 mA and was 60% charged. Seems to work fine.

App has not connected since the first day and customer service is awful.

Purchased the Q follow in 2021 and downloaded ap. Worked perfectly until yesterday and now no longer works. Bluetooth won’t connect. I have deleted and reinstalled twice- nothing. Very disappointing- developers should fix this!! It is a great feature and I used it a lot when it worked. Unreliable if it stops working after 22 months- I don’t even use during winter months.

The Q Follow works great but this app is worthless. It will not connect with the battery. You would expect that after 98% of reviews as 1-star they would address their problem.

After reading the only review I was hesitant to download the app but after downloading, it works as intended. Shows me exactly how much battery power is left on my Q Follow golf caddy. I also was able to set up an alert that lets me know when the battery life goes below a percentage that I determine. If you bought a Q Follow, rest assured the app works just as intended.

Bought a Q-Follow last year and app seems to work as it was supposed to. Now the Bluetooth will never connect. This version is complete trash and now i never know how much charge my cart has. Which means the cart is now unreliable. Crazy how companies can go backwards so fast

app has not worked. User failure. Not sure how to fix it.
