StickyStudy Japanese

I‘m using the app on iPhone and iPad. It has all the relevant lists of kanji, Vocab and so on. You can always check the single component how the stroke order is and the meaning. Learning vocab and kanji is really easy and helpful to example sentences or audio readloud option. Dark mode is really nice. I‘m waiting for the next cool feature... Best thanks to the developer...

Die drei Karteikarten-Apps von StickyStudy (Kanji, Hanzi, Flash) haben mich durch mein Studium begleitet und sind auch noch Jahre danach treue Helfer. 😊🙏🏻 Wer Japanisch lernt sollte diese App unbedingt kennen und nutzen. Zusammen mit Wörterbuch-Apps wie Midori, Daijirin und einem der Zenyaku Kogo sind sie eine unschlagbare Hilfe in Studium und Alltag. Die lange Lebensdauer der Apps ist fantastisch und eine absolute Seltenheit. 👏🏻👏🏻 Ich habe Investitionen von über 100€ in Sprachlernapps und Wörterbücher nach weniger als 2 Jahren verloren, weil die Apps durch fehlende Updates nicht mehr kompatibel waren, oder einfach in kurzer Zeit komplett aus dem App Store verschwanden. Besonders koreanische. 😅 Doch StickyStudy blieb mir all die Zeit erhalten. (leider wird Flash als universelle Karteikartenapp nicht mehr angeboten, aber sie läuft noch auf dem Handy und man kann die anderen Apps genauso nutzen) Die StickyStudy sind alle augeräumt und ansprechend gestaltet, verzichten aber auf keine wichtigen Funktionen. Besonders gefällt mir die Möglichkeit den Wiederholungsrythmus selbst fein zu justieren. So passt er genau zu meinen Bedürfnissen. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Animation zum Schreiben von Kanji, bei der man sich nicht nur die Strichreihenfolge ansehen sondern auch selbst schreiben kann. Aber es gibt noch so viel anderes, gutes an der App 😄 Fazit: ausprobieren!

I have this app on my iPad and ipod touch, but on ihone8 I can see only kana and jlpt5. Restore purchase doesn’t work. It is now offered to pay more than 10 euros for the app again!

Hat alles und noch mehr. Super Trainer mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten sich sein perfektes Training zu gestalten. So bleibt man wirklich am Ball! Vielen Dank!!

I'm using this app since 3 months now, and my Japanese (in general) has improved a lot. I'm about to go to Japan this year, 5 months still left, and now I feel very confident about finding my ways through the streets of Japan. My Japanese skills from 10 years ago are nearly back entirely, now I'm learning much more and connections between vocabulary, meanings and kanji seem way easier. The greatest thing about this app is that you can learn as much as you want whenever you have a moment to learn. Got 5 minutes in the tram? Open the app and study a few words. Repeat those. And watch how much you can recall the next time. Then there's statistics (how did you improve) and several options for your personal learning intervals etc. I also like the possibility to draw the kanji you learn, to have things read out for you, examples, similar kanji not to be confused with, ... Just awesome. My sister already asked me if there was a version for Korean. :D

It's perfect for studying kanji and Japanese vocabulary. If you have the app, you don't need any lexicons anymore, because of its own dictionary, which justifies the price of 10$. I absolutely recommend it.

I have been using this app for almost two years and I can highly recommend it. I really like it a lot and use it almost daily to maintain my knowledge of kanji. This is not just a well-designed app, it is also very well-maintained! Good work.

Dies ist eine sehr gute App, welche mir sehr viel geholfen hat! Mit der Hilfe von dieser App habe ich es insgesamt bis dato von Null auf N2 Niveau geschafft! (Nicht ausschließlich, allerdings etwa 50%). Ich empfehle jedem diese App, der mit Selbstkontrolle(!) umgehen kann und Vokabeln/Kanji lernen will!
