Did you test the signature creation window? It's impossible to use, neither with a finger on an iPhone nor with a pencil on an iPad — you can't even write a single letter in it. Also, it's impossible to pass the verification—as I enter the captcha number, an error constantly pops up. I'm tired of this pathetic app; I even changed my mind about creating an account and deleted it. Disgusting! This is the face of the service! And if it's ugly, the service is the same.
