Stippl - Travel Planner

i absolutely ADORE stipple. it actually scratches an itch in my brain i didn’t even know was there - it is so aesthetic and functional and fun i get more dopamine from stippl than i do from scrolling on tiktok!! my friend and i are using it to plan our 7 month backpacking trip around europe next year and we LOVE this app. when i first went to download it i looked at the reviews to get some other opinions and i was pleasantly surprised to see that there were responses to any problems or issues mentioned; it was such a green flag to me that the team behind the app were actually fixing any bugs and now i’ve just received a form asking for my ideas and suggestions? holy guacamole this is actually my favourite app of all time and i’ve only just started using it - i haven’t even tried all the features yet!! i haven’t taken time to think about any changes or new features that would improve the app even further yet, but i’m so excited to know that user feedback is taken on and even implemented!! i will definitely come back in the future if i come across anything. to the stippl team - i love you guys and i have already told at least 5 people to download this app - i will continue promoting it until my dying breath. i know im dick riding so hard right now but this is genuinely how i feel. i feel like this review will seem forged and faked but i promise it’s not i didn’t even use chat to write it (im sure you can tell). much love, ella

I’ve just downloaded Stippl and have begun loading our next trip. It has been amazing to see every location, accomodation, places we want to visit, places we want to eat at, and all our main city transfers plotted! This is all in 10 mins!

Great app, I love it however, it’s so slow and SO frustrating having to constantly exit out and go back and just to add in more information. It constantly stalls and the only way to continue is the exit and go back in. :(

So great to have a platform to keep all necessary travel info in one spot! Some great features would be: - Add travel info (e.g., flight number and duration) - When selecting nights in a city it’s not very accurate since there’s no option to add layovers or account for time zone differences (e.g., I leave city A on Monday and arrive in city B on Tuesday with an overnight flight) - The app takes a long time to refresh and update entries making it slightly inconvenient to work on a trip simultaneously with other friends.

We’re planning a trip for next year and finding the ability to add places and visualise the trip at both a day-by-day level and a worldwide level is great. The ability to share trips has also saved us hours of making spreadsheets and explaining to other people what our plans are. I could go on about how good it’s been and only continuing to get better.

Great App

I’m flying from San Francisco to Newark but the app only shows flights to JFK Also, it sends you to kiwi.com for flight purchases - that website is very dodgy and I lost a bit of money there already 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

It doesn’t even let you create a trip. It just says “something went wrong” lol

Only useful for planning in the early stage. Why does a travel planner NOT have a timing feature? Many tickets are timed and without this feature the app is less useful than a memo consisting only of texts.

The app is so slow and glitchy that it is nearly impossible to use. The desktop website site is completely unusable. In anticipation of the developer commenting the same thing they have on every other bad review: Yes, I am using the latest version of the app
