Downloaded app as looked like exactly what I needed target price alerts for my stocks for extended hours I signed up set up alerts and selected extended hours and price targets were hit and no alert! On market open bombarded with alerts from an hour earlier very disappointed emailed the developers several times and not one response to date
I missed an alert about 2 months ago, and attempted to contact customer service to make sure everything was set up properly, including with my own phone notification settings. After an initial stock response ("Everything's working on our end") 13 days ago, radio silence. No interest in helping whatsoever.
I paid for the top golf membership and all of a sudden June 11th it quit texting/calling me. Cancelled subscription.
Very limited free options to 3 alerts for all stocks and ETFs which makes this app useless u less you pay.
My text message alerts quit working 6 months ago. I’ve sent multiple messages to try and get this resolved and nothing gets resolved and I’ve NEVER heard back from anyone from this company. Customer service in non existent!!!
I only just started using this app, but it’s already very helpful. I don’t have to sit at my computer and be checking the ticker constantly.
This service gives me the price alerts in 3 different formats (text, email, push). I haven’t tried the phone calls, but the other 3 are great. Quick to respond if there’s an issue. If you’re looking for reliable stock alerts, look no further.
Couldn’t get an alert in my notifications or even a text message out of this app, Pointless 😔
Good app. One of the downsides is the delay between when the share price hits your target and the app alert. In a fast moving market like today, there should be a much shorter delay.
Worth the money, gives me the alert most of the time but not perfect. Somehow I still miss some.
