i am trying to find out how long it would take for the shoes to deliver but i cannot, if it is my mistake then you should make it easier for customers to find out how long it would take as this is a very vital part of ordering and can really affect making a choice. please try your best to fix it. it is very unpleasant. mounana shalabi

they ask to ship my shoes within 2 days which is not possible in my country and i cant control the shipment company

Trust me don’t trust this app

I had very bad experience they sold me shoes by 1k and I only used it once and the shoes got damage than when I contacted the customer service they said we can’t return or exchange the shoes , they protect the thief seller and keep give buyers stupid excuses 👎🏼

Not only have StockX proven time and time again that they are a trusted source for some great brands and especially sneakers but that their process once you have purchased is “quiet but efficient” and the site is easy to navigate and use. Bit confused by the bidding bit but I’m sure that’s more me than them! 😄
