The app redesign is a bust. Scale and search are wrong. Storing payment much more difficult than necessary. No one touch payment?

Bonus cards and gift card won’t work on online order. Big inconvenience.

App regularly logs me out and then can’t remember my credentials. I’ve installed and uninstalled twice. Same issue.

One of the most difficult Apps I have used, and I consider myself to be proficient at using Apps. Several of us had to spend a couple minutes trying to figure out how to scroll through the menu. Then it refused my payment when I added a tip. Time to hire some kids to fix this thing!

Made a pick up order at the location in Rancho Cucamonga. Charlie assisted me in picking up my order! His smile, his kindness, and big heart really made my day (in addition to the awesome-sauce food) that’s being served up! Ya’Rock Stone Fire Grill! No sure why this option was removed

Ordering process is straight forward enough, particularly given all the options available. My issue was with payment…. Tried 3 different cards. All failed for address or zip code validation failure. WHY NO OPTION FOR APPLE PAY?!? That is an option that just ** works **, and works well! Wound up ordering at take out counter and waiting.

And wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was so good. Cooked to perfection the tri-tip with garlic butter. Salad, breadsticks, salad and baked beans. And the mashed potatoes with whole clove of garlic here and there the Best! I highly recommend for a party or just dinner for you. Good food.

For the first time in my 60+ years of life I was woken up with a burning throat from acid reflux after eating dinner from Stonefire Grill Valencia. I wasn’t impressed with the tri-tip (parts of which were inedible), or the pizza with a microscopic amount of mushroom and green pepper shavings. The bbq ranch salad with chicken was tasty. I’d return for the salad but nothing else.
