It works!
This app is the only app that has helped me stick to a night routine. On nights where I’m feeling extra tired, I can do my “low energy” routine that’s just 1 step. This has helped me build the habit of doing *something* each night, even if it’s not my full routine, and I’m seeing great long term benefits! I want to work it into my morning routine as well. The developers are very responsive to feedback and very kind!
