AI Phone Storage Cleaner

I downloaded this app, have the lifetime license on the sale, and still cannot delete more than 5 photos at a time. Even worst, if you watch ads, you can only delete 25 photos. What is the point of having Lifetime license? And you can’t go in the Manage Subscription page as well, it’s just stuck at the loading time page.

Shortest app I have ever used. It erased all my contacts.

Danger Dell:: don’t use this app. I use this app at all and too the backup. Instead backup, it removed all of my contacts and it unable restore. After hours of research, I was able to find the customer support email I have get in touch with them. They said, I would be able to restore from backup which is not working. After no response. I’m glad I have my backup. Otherwise I could loose all of my contacts. It’s happened months ago and still I’m following up since I lost few latest contacts, but no response from them. So beware and stay away from this app.

I downloaded this app because lifetime was FREE thru AppAdvice. I wish I can go back in time and NEVER download/obtain it!!! The app deleted all my important contacts which I “backed up” Via the app. It does NOT allow me to open the “back up” It COMPLETELY CRASHES both on my iPad and IPhone Despite my several attempts to avoid the app from crashing. I have on numerous occasions attempted to contact them via email and I get absolutely no response back from them. 😢 it’s “crickets” As though the developer has ghosted 👻 me. If I could I would give them zero stars ⭐️ and I have no problem changing my review if they fix the issues and give me back my missing contacts!! I could cry!

I backed up my contacts and now I cannot get them back. I contacted via email and have not heard back from them. It’s really frustrating.

I am getting an error message the contact backup cannot be applied. They have been deleted and it is critical that they get restored. I sent two emails to support. The first reply didn't help at all. Didn't receive a reply to the second. Please resolve as quickly as possible Thank you

Signed up with the lifelong subscription was free, but no where was it labeled or expressed as the “free” version. Customer services was not helpful at all and gave a canned answer about something unrelated to my question.

Hi Storage Cleaner team! I need some help. The photos reseting date time and other exif data. All processed photos are uploading to cloud again and creating huge duplicates. In a nutshell it's huge mass ! Please fix it ASAP 🆘

I lost all my contacts and I have been trying to reach someone on how to get them back and they have replied 1 time in 24 hours and it was not helpful. Run run run as fast as you can AWAY FROM THIS APP!
