Store Connect for Shopify

I’ve been working on my Shopify store for the few years. I first I downloaded the app but I didn’t pay for a subscription and tried to connect my Shopify store and I got and error message saying, invalid store domain. I recently paid for a monthly subscription for $6.49. I tried to connect my Shopify store and I keep on getting the same error message. I email the app and got no reply. I deleted the app and tried again to connect my store and I got the same error message. Can SOMEONE please explain what’s going on?

This app is useless. The products never load and everything comes back as an error. I paid 24$ and have never used it once .

Whoever these jerks are have cleverly falsely advertised a free trial button above the yearly subscription button, it doesn’t matter which button you press, they will immediately charge for a year of service. Shame on devs like this.

I’ve tried to cancel my subscription for 30 dollars a month and it wont allow until a year later . For instance i sign up October 7, 2023 and the subscription will be officially cancelled October 7, 2024 . I’ve tried deleting and deactivating my account . Still nothing change, Don't fall it , please don’t get screw like i did !!!!

It charged me a 1 year 30$ transaction without my authorization and knowledge, I’d like a refund but this app doesn’t let you have any it charges the card you have in display in the phone and takes your money.

This app is perfect for starting out, easy to understand and extremely user friendly.

I am unable to add my store. I have my store thru shopify and it keeps telling me "invalid store domain".

I used my shoplify url and it didn’t recognize it. 🤷🏽‍♂️Thanks for the quick install and uninstall times though!
