Super nice way to store stuff temporarily. I’ve used this service in several cities now and it’s always been an easy process. Also it’s super affordable!!

I reserved a spot to store my luggage after flying. The place I stored unbeknownst to me was permanently closed. The app however did not inform me of that so I went out of my way to a permanently closed business where I could not store anything . I called customer service and they said they would refund my money. They still have not given me a refund. They will not respond to their emails or phone calls. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend using because apparently it’s a gamble on whether the place you book is actually open. The app shouldn’t even allow for places that are permanently closed to be an option when selecting especially because this app is used by travelers who may not be familiar with the city.

I’ve been in Washington, DC twice in the last year with a late flight returning home. I always want to get the most out of my trips, and StoreMe has allowed me to do that! I can store my bags at a safe place for a few hours at a reasonable cost to be able to be a tourist for what is left of my trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using StoreMe on your next trip!

I had to leave my Airbnb at 11AM, but my bus wasn’t until 7PM. Thankfully, I was able to store my luggage using this app, allowing me to go explore and not waste the day!

So easy to use! Will definitely use it again. Dropped off my bags before a hockey game and grabbed them later when it was time to catch my train.

We used this service in New Orleans on our last day there. It allowed us to do more site seeing without having to drag our luggage around. Perfect and easy.

I reserved a location for the first time in NYC. When we arrived at the location, they were unaware of reservation and closing at 1pm. I had paid $60 for an Uber over to the location and then I was stuck with no place to go. I called customer service and received a voicemail. I used the on line chat and was basically told there is nothing else in that area. So now I’m worse off than I was without this poorly run app. I had other options that are no longer options the day of. Disgusted!

At first I was pretty skeptical about leaving my backpack and suitcase at a random store all day while I was in Boston - my air bnb had an early checkout time but I had a late flight - but it couldn’t have gone better. It was super simple and quick to check my things in and pick them up later, and it was a local small business with a friendly staff. I was really happy with the experience. I will say the formatting made it so I didn’t initially realize I could look for different locations based on where in town I needed to be, but I think was just a formatting thing; it was really simple though, once I realized I could zoom out or scroll to find a different drop spot, to cancel my reservation and immediately make a new one in the area of town I needed to be. I’ll definitely use this again when I’m traveling next and recommend it to people I know

I needed a last minute place to store a suitcase, otherwise would have had to scrap my birthday plans (the museum wouldn’t check a bag). It took less than five minutes to find this app and book a nearby location. The ease, cost, and stress relief etc were so worth it. I couldn’t believe I solved the problem so quickly and am so grateful this app existed.
