Storewards

I’ve been a customer of StoRewards since its inception (quite a while)… and I’ve personally always found them to be a great service with a simple, user friendly App. I have just this moment received another £10 cash out for 100,000 points and yes, it does take a while at 600 points per receipt, with a few bonus points given along the way, but all in all I’m very happy with what is essentially a free way to earn money on uploading receipts TAX FREE!!! 😉

Having accluminated 94000 pts, now deleted app due to being constantly fobbed by the developers regarding telling them my phone does not do passkeys, which apparently is needed for logging in, they don’t seem interested in investigating the problem, so that I can log in, so that’s a customer lost

Poor apps

This app is terrible it won’t even let me sign up I’ve put my country in and my phone number and it still won’t let me create a account I think it’s terrible

Suddenly I’m not able to connect my email. Keeps telling me the password is wrong and then just endlessly buffers trying to login. Really annoying.

Downloaded app, and when i enter my details, it states “apologies, we cannot source an account with this information” - well im not surprised considering ive never used the app before. So I cant even register or use it??

I’ve been using the app for a while and for no reason they blocked my account saying that I didn’t followed the term and conditions that I have previously agreed on. I don’t know how it’s possible as all my receipts were approved. They refused to unblock my account

It’s useless saving receipts for whole week just to get points that you may never get as the app is lagging it’s become so slow plus you’re only allowed to scan 10 receipts per week ridiculous that’s what is is! Takes about 1 minutes for each receipt to be processed 2 slow 😞

Using this app since receipt hog discontinued and directed to this app. For 2 weeks now not able to upload any and receipt I collected and now they started to go out of date to upload them. For the last 2 weeks not uploading at all it’s always on 0% or no internet connection. ( I have a high speed internet) So it’s very disappointing even for a free app!

Absolutely LOVE this app but it’s going downhill. Have used it for years and found it fair and easy to use. In the last month or so it has become painful to interact with. Uploading receipts has become a long, drawn out affair with lots of glitching - you’ll end up clicking the same button 5+ times before the app responds. It’s exhausting.
