Similar to Vikings War of Clans, but much more entertaining
I was a Vikings player for a long time, until they simplified the game to ‘blindly throw billons of troops at a target’. They actually killed the last bit of strategy there. I don’t know yet about Stormshot, but the storyline makes it much more entertaining although it is also more complicated. It seems there is more strategy in this game but I still have to figure that out. So far a better game for sure.
Simply Fun.
Highly recommended to download.

Misleading game
The ad shows shooting game but most the time, the game is just another time consuming ‘strategy’ game about pirates and castles building.
Misleading
For those who downloaded the game because of the “puzzle” elements, don’t! This is a game that also has typical base building elements, making you wait to build things and etc. That’s the main game with the puzzles being gimmicks/side activities. Not sure how these ads are even allowed to be this misleading.
Fun but extremely expensive
The game is free to play but pay to win. My friend spent $11,000 on this game in just 2 months time. You would think this would get you to the very best of everything but not even close. Yes you can enjoy the game for free but they quickly make the game harder and harder to play and impossible to compete. 7 months into playing we just had our first fair battle against another server. And that was because 2 of our players have spent enough money to buy a really nice car just to play this game. You can level up your equipment but only so far without spending money. The weapon alone cost around $1,600 for the 2nd to the last upgrade. And there are 6 pieces of equipment to upgrade. Then on your heroes each one has 6 pieces of gear to upgrade. Gold is the best gear and it costs around $500 to get each piece. The developers also do not listen to your suggestions and submitting a ticket means nothing because they will do nothing about your needs. Servers die quickly as everyone realized how impossible it is to grow to a competitive level or get fair fights in events. It’s quite often that we get matchups that are like putting 8 year old football players against nfl professionals. This game has so much potential but it will take the developers caring for it to be worth it.
