Story Splitter: Longer Stories

I keep getting an error and it asks me to buy it when. I already have

after splitting, videos compresses into lower quality (bit blurry compared to original video) but does exactly as it claims

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! This app does not work. I’ve tried all the video types and I get and error stating the file type is not supported.

Does not work at all. Don’t waste your money.

You can only split very short videos until you purchase the pro version for a dollar. No biggie. After that I got error messages due to the fact it didn't have access to my photos yet. I think it needs to ask access permissions earlier in the process. A few errors later and it started working as advertised. Only thing I really REALLY wished it had is an option to select the video length to clip it to. I don't post stories on Instagram, I just want an easy way to divide it into 1 minute long videos to post in my feed and the only option is 15 second videos. So then I have to go back and recombine 4 clips to get it back to a minute long, which is annoying.

I used it once on trial and it worked fine. The second time it did not. I kept getting a message that said video was wrong type of video, even though it was exactly the same type of video shot on my iphone. So I thought maybe if I bought the pro version this would correct somehow. But alas it did not and the app appears totally useless. Hoping its just a bug they’ll soon fix.

I specifically bought this pro version so I could upload longer videos and each time I’ve tried, I get a message saying there is an error with the type of video. These are simply videos taken with my iPhone! So far, it’s a no go with this app.

I am a digital artist and have been looking for a way to easily split my time-lapse drawing videos into smaller segments for Instagram Stories. This App works for exactly that and for only $.99! Feature Request: Add a way to select either 15 second segments or 1 minute segments since the max allowed in a normal post is 1 minute! Would be super handy! Thanks!
