Videos were never cut properly. The sound was there, but 3/4 of the screen of cut videos was black. Tried multiple times. Tried paid version. Tried uninstalling and starting over. Nothing worked. Don’t waste your time of money on this. Doesn’t work at all.

Does great splitting videos…. But it also cuts half the video off and you can’t see the lower part of the videos. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Experiencing the same issues as the others and even paid for it and it didn’t resolve my problem. How do I get my money back?

App keeps asking for photo permission and I can’t do it. Very bad, I will fight for my refund! Scam app

Hi, I need a refund ASAP! Your app is not working, keeps stating access denied! I went to settings to enable permission for photos, the app is not even popping up on my settings! I paid 3.99 for nothing.

Scam. Access denied has no fix.

Worked fine on my old phone, installed it on my new phone paid again and now access denied smh! Nothing seems to make it work either. How do I get my money back!!!

The app does not even appear in my settings. I paid $4, and it denies access to my photos. Total rip off.

It says access denied and the app does not show up in settings so you can grant permissions. And there is no way to change settings within the ap. Great idea but it is useless if you can’t fix this.

I can’t upload anything. There are no setting or options to correct or fix the issue. There isn't even contact info. I even paid to see if it would help doesn’t. Please refund!
