Trouble saving / lack of features

It’s pretty good app. It has potential but needs updates. My app continues to get stuck saving videos. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I can’t find a common denominator to avoid. Frustrated at the moment no matter what I do it’s caught at 25% when saving Limits text to 6. Which is strange there’s a limit. Lacks features like other video creation apps have. I paid for the year but unless updates happen I wouldn’t recommend it or will I continue its use

This is the best app ever the filters are the coolest

First Week

I was very happy with the app for the 1st week. Making videos and posting to social media and even added StoryWave as a follower and tagged them in my videos. The point is this, I went to start a video and it was 7min then I even edited the video on another app and made it short to 2min. Every time I would start the download it froze at 38% and the screen would freeze completely. I had to ditch the video and start over and this happened with every video I tried to do after that. This was completely frustrating and then just deleted the app. Up until this issue the app was amazing it was super easy to make quick videos and even added my own music as it allows you to use ITunes but now not happy with the app.

Music Editor doesn’t work

I just purchased a subscription and am trying to create a video with music. I’m able to add my music without issue. However, when I tap “Set Start”, the app doesn’t allow me to edit the start position of my track. I’ve tried on both iPhone and iPad, but this seems to be broken. Can you fix this please?

Customer service is top tier!!!!!!

If you have a hiccup, message them using the chat feature in their app. Find it by clicking the settings spinwheel. They went above and beyond to help me, very rarely do I feel so taken care of by customer support. They were sooooo helpful. I appreciate it.
