Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Subscription
I subscribed to the yearly plan hoping to create high-quality AI-generated videos from text or images. Unfortunately, the results have been extremely poor—animations either fail to render properly or the quality is far below expectations. The app does not deliver what it promises in its promotional content. I contacted support to request a refund, but was told that poor quality does not qualify under their refund policy. This is frustrating, especially after paying for a full year. I do not recommend this app to users expecting reliable AI video generation. Save your money until significant improvements are made.
