Using this app is a nightmare
The “menu” button in the top left corner on my iPhone 13 is inoperable. The location tag obviously has incorrect data as it places my apartment (Sunnycove Village) in the middle of the Pacific.
As soon as I sign into the app it closes. I’m not able to use it.
As iPhone doesn’t have a back button, only option when navigating to some pages is to force quit the app. To get back to the start. Can’t select the menu at the top. Very poor UX. Was this even tested on iPhone?!
Initially, I was quite excited to have a lot of our Strata documentation on hand and quick access to common tasks. But unfortunately, the overall app experience and usability is incredibly poor. It’s in serious need of a redesign just to get the basics of app design right, at the moment, it’s a real chore to use.
Takes a long time to load anything, need to refresh the menu each time to load notifications, just not user friendly or efficient
Downloaded and filled out all the required information and app says verification not approved! That was 48hours ago. Please advise Thanks
I can’t read the notes/comments/replies in the app on my phone. When I try to read notes/comments/replies added by other users, only the first two lines (which is about a dozen words) is shown and I can’t read the rest of the comment/reply. Can you fix this? It would be good if you could “expand” the field so you could read everything. Or select the comment/reply and read everything. It’s not helpful being able to read only the first dozen words of a response, I end up having to chase up the comment/reply.
App is very clunky and things take forever to load or not at all, buttons disappear too.
I have used this app for some time now, forced to by the buildings BC. Some issues with it; no audit trail for a resident to once “archived” can just disappear never to be seen again. Handy when the issue hasn’t actually been fixed, though the BC thinks it has, or is a frequent recurring issue. Takes along time to load, requires continuous internet coverage which is not always possible. App drains a lot of battery power with its constant on status. Should send a text or email when a job has had any updates as the BC and trades can take some time to progress and provide updates. The title text and description text have to be backspaced to get rid of it. Many users would prefer for auto clear. I don’t know how many times I see this text left as part of the incident. Needs to have a web version for the older users to log jobs. Lack of recognition of the variety of ages and skill level using this below par app
