Strategy and Tactics: WW2is a mobile game that will invoke memories of classic PC strategy games set during World War 2.
In the style of the best 4X PC games, you get to lead a nation (from a small state to a superpower) and carry it to global supremacy using not only the might of your army but also economy, science, and - in a first for the series - Diplomacy! Create alliances, send troops and resources to your allies, stir conflict among your neighbors, and be - or don't be - a double-crossing backstabber.
Capturing enemy territory is just one of many paths to victory in ST2. Paradoxically enough, in this offline turn-based strategy, you don't have to go to war to win one: breaking the enemy army's fighting spirit can be enough.
As military commander, you'll take an army of infantry and tanks, fighters and bombers, warships and artillery to war.
As head of state, you'll be choosing the leaders that will lead your nation to supremacy. The strategy is up to you: inaugurate a general, a politician, or even a writer. Each leader brings their specific bonus into the mix and will affect your tactics.

- National talents: in this grand strategy game, each state has its own set of passive abilities. This enables you to come up with different tactics for different nations. What works for the US military and economy won't necessarily carry you to victory when you play as Thailand or Mongolia (and yes, you can play as Mongolia too!).

Good game
I have played the first one and i really like this one. However, i miss the ability to have multiple saves of different games. In the last game i could have a ling campaign with Italy or Germany and if i got bored i could load up or start over with another country.
The ideology update is interesting, i have mixed feelings i don’t see the point in being too invested in it. Its a nice side thing i guess.
I think the AI is very strange at times, usually in the scenario in which Germany is at its peek i find that the ussr doesn’t know what to do or the UK self destructs. Which is interesting but im yet to see Germany lose which is weird considering historically they did.
Would love to see new troop types like aircraft carriers or anti air defence vehicles or helicopters to spice things up when i got the chance to play with rocket artillery it was fun just because it was a new troop type.
Also if we could have piece treaties where we can make puppets or choose what lands to take from countries that would be awesome.
More random uprising! They are annoying but they make my games more interesting for sure!

Very Cool game
Very cool game I really do enjoy playing it but you really need to think about all of your actions.1 mistake or misclick could cause you to lose the mission if you play as a minor country.Other than that countries like Italy are pretty cool and are not to easy but not to hard.Just pretty cool overall

I was thinking when you guys were going to make another one as I loved the first one but this one tops it even better as you can pick and try an ally with multiple countries and it’s different every game and the first game lacked that I think but I’ve been non stop been playing this game ever since I got this and will being playing this until the next one comes out. This game reminds me of hoi4 but for phone/ipad, and I really was hoping for a game similar to that. Great job guys

An amazing sequel to another great game the gameplay is amazingly similar to the first and is fairly easy to follow I love the modes and side quests because it always gives your something to do so you are not taken away from the action
