Stray Kids Light Stick

The app REFUSES to work for me and keeps popping up with a message error

At my first concert in Los Angeles but the app isn’t working. It shows it for the concert in Seoul but it’s not working here. I wish they would fix this

I recently tried to get the app and light stick to function for a Stay Kids concert. I tried from 3 different phones (all iPhones) as well as while at the concert and it all yielded the same result. The light stick will our fine and seems connected, but after that you cannot get past the “all performances have ended” screen. I did try the suggestion to hold the LS on button for 10 seconds before paring and this does seem to work to initialize it again, but still it was the same result of not being able to change colors. Of the thousands of other fans at the concert, there were only a few that had been able to get theirs to work it seemed like. I reached out to the Stray Kids store for support and they have been great but ultimately it is the app developer that would need to address the issues. The last update show a year ago and I the ticket selection info it shows 2020 as the only dates to select. Please update and fix this app. Thanks.

I just wish we can use the light stick even when there is not a concert. For example we can play their song on the app and that would connect to the light stick. It would be a nice upgrade.

so my concert is on april 2nd and i wanted to make sure my lightstick was connected before so i had no difficulties the day of the concert or day before. it was pretty easy to do! it obviously wont let u play with the colors since the concert isnt booked yet BUT, its okay! i feel like it should show the concert date at least but all it shows is the seoul concert which isnt ongoing anymore. BUT YK WHATEVER? my lightstick connected and if works perfectly fine. so does my friends lightstick! she had a bit of trouble with hers but its ok 👌

so the app is not working for me I tried a lot of things like it connects but it does nothing after that like i can’t change the color or anything, there is no pop up, and it keeps saying error when i try to connect it and it says it needs an update and when i try to update it, it dose nothing for minutes and i really just want to know what to do to get it to work also a lot of it is in korean and there is no way to change that so i have to use google translate💀 but i don’t care about that part I just want the app to work for me can anyone help?

My light stick straight up doesn’t connect, I have tried everything and nothing works and my concert date is coming up fast so I really wanted it to work 🥲

Im trying to connect it e few months before the concert ti make sure it works but it's keeps saying try again JYP PLEASE FIX FHE APP😭 im still gonna give it a four star though because the light stick will change colors saying the bluetooth is working it my just be because the event is not scheduled yet

YA’LL!! I’ve been struggling with this app since July and I finally figured out how to get our lightsticks to connect. The app is not straight-forward about it at all. Pull up the screen where you’re ready to connect your ls but DON’T press “start” yet. Hold down the button on your ls for about 10secs and all of the colors will flash. Once it’s finished, press “start” and the ls will connect and it’ll turn a certain color. Tap on whatever color your ls is and press “next” and you’re good!! It wouldn’t let me play around with the colors right now because there’s no event or concert going on, but at least it finally works. I hope this helps everyone who’s been as frustrated as me!!!
